ABOUT ME
BEHIND THE LENS
My name is Steve Martella. I live with my wife and our two cats in Chicago's West Suburbs. For the past 40+ years, I've been taking pictures and videos of most everyone close to me and of anything special that I've wanted to memorialize. My Family and Friends have learned to smile without prompting and have come to appreciate my enthusiasm for photos.
After years as a licensed attorney, I'm excited to become a working photographer.
I've had the pleasure of doing shoots for family and friends, of taking pictures at the 2021 Chicago Marathon for Marathonfoto and of photographing acquaintances who have ultimately become my friends.
My personality and photographic skills enable me to create the best settings for meaningful and memorable images.
I look forward to meeting you, to knowing your story and to photographing what means most to you, it's my honor.
